Dave brings decades of leadership experience shaped by military service, small business ownership, and hands-on team leadership. As a Retired United States Marine, his approach is rooted in discipline, accountability, and execution — principles that carry through every aspect of his work today.
He is the owner of Combat Coffee Bean, a mission-driven business built on consistency, community, and purpose, and the founder of the 1 Veteran Foundation, created to support and serve those who have served. Dave works with individuals and business owners who want clarity, structure, and practical guidance — not hype or shortcuts.
His coaching and speaking focus on leadership, mindset, and real-world decision-making, helping people build confidence and move forward with intent.
