I’ve spent my life leading, building, and serving — first in uniform, and later in business.
I am a United States Marine ( Retired ), and that experience shaped how I approach everything I do. The Marines taught me discipline, accountability, adaptability, and the importance of showing up prepared — lessons that continue to guide my leadership, decision-making, and work ethic today.
After my time in the military, I went on to own and operate several small businesses. I understand firsthand the realities of entrepreneurship — wearing multiple hats, making tough calls, leading small teams, and navigating growth while keeping customers and people at the center of the business.
Today, I’m the owner of Combat Coffee Bean, a mission-driven coffee company built around consistency, community, and purpose. What started as a business became a platform for connection — bringing people together over good coffee and shared values.
I’m also the founder of the 1 Veteran Foundation, a local non-profit created to give back and support those who have served. That mission continues to influence how I coach, speak, and lead — with integrity, service, and real-world perspective.
My work in business coaching and public speaking is grounded in experience, not theory. I help individuals and small business owners build clarity, strengthen mindset, and take practical action — because lasting success is built through discipline, consistency, and purpose.
